Pain in your foot, legs, knees or back can be a result of your foot posture/mechanics. We will analyse your foot posture and determine whether insoles can help to align your feet in an improved position. Insoles can redistribute pressure and improve biomechanics resulting in less pain and improved quality of life.

Ankle Foot Orthoses
There are many conditions of the ankle that can cause pain and reduce mobility. These can include foot drop, arthritis, hypermobility and contractures. At Elevate Orthotics we will assess your mechanics and related pain to determine the best solution for your lifestyle and goals. We offer stock and customised orthoses depending on the need of the patient and the symptoms displayed.
Knee pain caused by arthritis, contractures, injury or long-term conditions can negatively effect your quality and life and reduce your mobility. Our specialized Clinicians will provide a biomechanical assessment and patient history. This will determine the best possible orthotic solution for the individual and their goals - whether it be an offloading brace or custom designed orthosis.

If you are having instability issues or difficulty finding footwear for your needs, we can help. At Elevate Orthotics we can assess your biomechanical issues and adapt your footwear for your orthotic needs. This can include raises to the soles of the footwear, bunion pockets to the vamp, adding sockets to the soles, adding extra support in terms of flares and buttresses etc. We will ensure the footwear is adapted with precision and care via our manufacturing partners in the UK.

Lycra garments are used for patients with a wide range of physical challenges. They can help with body awareness and reduce overactivity of the muscles. Such conditions as Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, MS and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. A Specialized Clinician trained in measuring for lycra garments will assess you and discuss with you what possible garments would be beneficial for your goals and lifestyle.

Compression socks can be used by a majority of the population for many different reasons. If you are experiencing circulation problems in your lower extremities, compression socks may benefit you. At Elevate Orthotics we can discuss your history and your symptoms and determine if compression socks are the right fit. Our Clinician will measure and fit the socks which will help by applying a controlled pressure to your ankles, lower legs and calf muscles and encourage oxygen-rich blood to go back to the heart. This can reduce fatigue, improve comfort and manage swelling and increase your overall wellbeing.
